How does billing work?
Automatic recurring billing: Your payment method is automatically charged on each billing date (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You authorize these recurring charges when you subscribe.

What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are issued. Your data is retained for 30 days after expiration.
What counts as a "unit"?
Any rentable space with its own lease—apartments, houses, commercial spaces, or storage units each count as one unit.
How does Scale plan billing work?
Scale plan includes a base fee for 100 units. Units beyond 100 are charged at $0.35/unit/month. Usage is automatically tracked and overage charges are added to your next invoice.
What if my payment fails?
We'll notify you by email and retry the charge. Your account is marked "past due" until payment succeeds. After multiple failures, your subscription may be canceled.
Are there any hidden fees?
No setup fees, no per-tenant fees, no transaction fees on rent collected. The price you see is the price you pay (plus overage fees for Scale plan if applicable).
