About the Tenant Portal
The Tenant Portal is a separate section of DoorLedgers where your tenants can manage their rental account.
Accessing the Portal
Tenants access the portal at: app.doorledgers.com/tenant-portal
Tenant Registration
- When added to a lease with an email address, tenants receive an invitation
- They click the link to set up their password
- Once registered, they can log in anytime

Dashboard
- View current balance
- See upcoming payments
- Quick-pay button
- Recent activity
Payments
- Make one-time payments
- View payment history
- See payment status (pending, processing, paid)
Payment Methods
- Add credit/debit cards
- Link bank accounts for ACH
- Set default payment method
Autopay
- Set up automatic monthly payments
- Choose payment method and date
- Pause or cancel anytime
Repair Requests
- Submit maintenance requests
- Track request status
- Communicate with landlord
Password Reset
Tenants can reset their password from the login page by clicking “Forgot Password?”
