Payment History

Viewing Your Payment History

Keep track of all your rent payments in one place.

Accessing History

  1. Log in to the Tenant Portal
  2. Go to “Payments”
  3. Click the “History” tab

What You’ll See

Each payment record shows:

  • Date – When the payment was made
  • Amount – How much was paid
  • Status – Paid, Processing, or Failed
  • Method – Card, Bank, or P2P
  • Period – Which month’s rent it was for

Payment Statuses

Status Meaning
Paid Payment successfully completed
Processing ACH payment awaiting bank clearance
Failed Payment was declined or returned

Receipts

For any paid transaction, you can:

  • View the receipt details
  • Check your email for the original receipt

Keeping Records

Tip: Save your payment confirmation emails for your personal records. They serve as proof of payment if ever needed.
