Tenant Portal – Lease Access

Tenant Access to Lease Documents

Once a lease is executed and activated, tenants can access their documents through the Tenant Portal.

What Tenants See

In the Tenant Portal, tenants can:

  • View lease details – Property, dates, rent amount
  • Download documents – All lease PDFs, addenda, executed copies
  • View acknowledgment records – Confirmation of what they signed

Accessing the Portal

Tenants access the portal at:

https://app.doorledgers.com/tenant-portal

They can navigate to “My Leases” in the sidebar to see all their lease documents.

Available Documents

Tenants can download:

  • Primary lease – Main lease agreement
  • Addenda – All additional documents
  • Executed copies – Final signed versions (if uploaded)

Document Security

  • Documents are only visible to the tenant on the lease
  • Tenants must be logged into their portal account
  • Only “Active” or “Executed” lease packets are visible
Note: If a tenant doesn’t have a portal account, they can still use the magic link to view and acknowledge documents. Portal access provides ongoing document access after the lease is active.
