The dashboard provides visual analytics to help you understand your portfolio at a glance.

Income vs Expenses Chart

This chart shows monthly comparison of:

• Blue bars – Income (rent collected)
• Red bars – Expenses
• Green line – Net profit

Use the date controls to adjust the time period shown.

Occupancy Rate

See what percentage of your units are rented:

• Green – Occupied units
• Gray – Vacant units

A healthy portfolio typically maintains 95%+ occupancy.

Payment Status

Track rent collection status:

• Green – Paid on time
• Yellow – Pending (not yet due)
• Red – Overdue
• Blue – Processing (ACH in progress)

Quick Stats

At the top of the dashboard, see:

• Total properties
• Total units
• Active tenants
• Expected monthly income
• Outstanding balances
