Setting Up Autopay
What is Autopay?
Autopay automatically pays your rent each month so you never miss a payment.
Setting Up Autopay
- Log in to the Tenant Portal
- Go to “Autopay” in the navigation
- Click “Set Up Autopay”
- Configure your settings:
- Payment Method – Select a saved bank account (ACH only)
- Payment Day – When to charge each month (e.g., the 1st)
- Payment Amount – Usually your full rent amount
- Click “Enable Autopay”
Note: Autopay uses bank accounts (ACH) only for lower fees. You’ll need to add a bank account first.
How It Works
- 3 days before your payment date, you receive a reminder email
- On your scheduled day, the payment is automatically initiated
- ACH processing takes 2-3 business days
- You receive confirmation when the payment clears
Managing Autopay
Pausing Autopay
Need to skip a month? Pause your autopay temporarily, then resume when ready.
Updating Payment Details
Change your bank account or payment day anytime from the Autopay settings.
Canceling Autopay
You can cancel autopay at any time. You’ll then need to make manual payments.
